Meredith Hargis

Meredith Hargis has over 18 years of experience in employee support and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Network Lead for the Americas at Roche since December 2005. In this role, Hargis oversees the People Support Solutions Organization, which delivers comprehensive services including employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, and advisory services. Prior positions at Roche include Director of Employee Advisory Services and Sr. Manager roles within HR Service Desk and Strategic Initiatives. Hargis began professional career as a Customer Care Specialist at Adecco Group and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
