Merrit Spranger is an accomplished Environmental Regulation Implementation Manager with extensive experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Having worked at Roche since 2018, Merrit has held various positions, including Process Engineer and Operations Support Lead for Antibody-Drug Conjugate Production. Prior to this, Merrit earned a Master of Science in Chemical and Bioengineering from ETH Zürich, where they also contributed as a research assistant and teaching assistant.
