Michael Ausborn is the Global Head of Operations, Portfolio Management, and External Innovation at Roche. They previously served as the Global Head of Formulation Research and Site Head of Pharma Research and Early Development at Roche from 2005 to 2012. Prior to Roche, Michael held various leadership roles at Novartis, including Lab Head of Parenteral Formulation R&D and Technical Project Team Leader in Oncology. Michael began their career leading a laboratory at Genetic Therapy Inc. in 1997.
