Michael Brookes is currently the Group Leader of Human Factors Engineering at Roche, where they focus on human factors, ergonomics, usability, and user-centered design. Previously, Michael served as a Principal Human Factors Engineer at Roche and held various roles including Managing Director at Brookes Human Factors Engineering Ltd and Human Factors - Device Manager at Novartis. They began their career as a Human Factors Engineer intern at Rolls-Royce before becoming a Senior Human Factors Engineer there. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
