Michael Davidson is an RTE / Agile Program Manager at Roche Diagnostics Europe, currently passionate about product development portfolio and project management. With extensive experience in portfolio and project management, Michael has combined scaled Lean & Agile and traditional methodologies to enable effective decision-making. Previously, Michael held roles at Roche Diabetes Care, including Ad interim Head of Portfolio Management, where they represented the division in leadership teams and moderated governance in solution development. Michael holds a Master of Science in Nanotechnology and Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, both from the Technion-Machon Technologi Le' Israel.
