Michael Duong is an accomplished leader in healthcare innovation and personalized healthcare, currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Roche since May 2012, where responsibilities include shaping the innovation strategy across various divisions and leading the Roche Innovation Hive. Previously, Michael held roles as Head of Personalized Healthcare and Director of Personalized Healthcare and Evidence Generation at Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, overseeing significant medical research initiatives and the integration of healthcare strategies. Michael has also contributed to health economics as a Health Economist, providing expertise in market access and economic evaluations.
