Michael Gertz is an Expert Scientist at Roche, specializing in physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) and PK/PD modeling for both large and small molecules, with particular focus on pediatric pharmacokinetics, drug-drug interaction assessments, and translational modeling in ophthalmology, immunology, and infectious diseases.
