Michaël Gicquel

Michaël Gicquel is a transformation leader and leadership coach specializing in Agile methodologies, currently serving as a trainer at Wemanity Learning Center and a transformation coach at Roche. With a strong background in project management and Agile coaching, they have held various roles at companies including Capgemini, AXA France, and CGI, where they focused on implementing SAFe frameworks and enhancing team performance. Michaël holds a Master’s degree in Management from Université Pierre et Marie Curie and an engineering degree in Information Systems from Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne.
