Michael Weiß

Michael Weiß, LL.M. from Fordham University, is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Roche, specializing in data privacy law. They previously worked as a Rechtsanwalt at activeMind.legal, where they managed company-wide responsibilities for auditing and data protection, and acted as an external data protection officer for multiple companies. Michael gained valuable experience as a Rechtsreferendar at Freistaat Bayern and Osborne Clarke, where they focused on IT and data protection law. They also completed internships, including one at BridgehouseLaw LLP, where they researched trademarks and e-commerce law. Michael earned their first law degree from the University of Bayreuth and their second from Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk München.
