Michelle Matthews is a Global Administrative Business Partner at Roche, where they have provided exceptional support since 1999. With a background in managing administrative tasks for various teams and leaders, Michelle co-led the Britain's Top Employer Project for 2017 during a rotation in People & Culture. Their experience includes complex diary management, travel coordination, and organizing meetings across global teams. Michelle holds a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy from Havering College of Higher Education.
