Mike Mastin is the National Implementation Director at Roche Diagnostics, bringing extensive expertise in business, supply chain, logistics, and project leadership across the regulated medical device and automotive industries. Previously, they held key positions at Wabash National, Cummins, and Aurora Parts & Accessories, achieving significant improvements in profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Mike's leadership in complex projects has consistently resulted in lower costs, increased revenue, and enhanced process efficiencies. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Operations Management at the University of Arkansas.
