Mike Wicki is a UX Designer with a focus on User Research, currently employed at Roche since May 2022. Additionally, Mike serves as a freelancer teaching VKU 4, concentrating on alcohol and drugs in traffic. Prior experience includes an internship in usability testing at ergonomie & technologie (e&t) GmbH, supporting various usability and validation studies for Swiss hearing aid producers. Earlier roles include a retail position at DEPOT - Gries Deco Company GmbH and workshop staff at HAWE-Hydratec AG. Mike holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich and has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution. Currently, Mike is pursuing a Master’s degree in UX & Service Design at SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University, expected to be completed in November 2026.
