Milena Fallas is currently the Organizational Catalyst Lead at Roche, a position held since 2024. Previously, Milena served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for Roche in both Centroamérica y Caribe and Caribe, Centroamérica y Venezuela in 2018 and 2014, respectively. Milena began their career in regulatory affairs as an officer and associate and obtained a PharmD from Universidad de Costa Rica, completing their degree in 2014.
