Mindy Polaske

Mindy Polaske, MS, MBA, is a Companion Diagnostics Director and Project Leader specializing in Personalized Healthcare Solutions for Oncology. With 14 years of experience in diagnostics, they have led and executed two global launches and managed various products in both established and emerging markets. Having worked at Illumina and Roche, they possess expertise in comprehensive genomic profiling, next-generation sequencing, and clinical oncology, among other areas. Mindy holds a B.A. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Organic Chemistry from The College of Wooster and the University of Arizona, respectively, along with an MBA from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
