Mitko Toshev is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, as a Senior Software Engineer at Roche since March 2024, Mitko leads the Launch Platform Team, focusing on software standardization, CI projects, and optimizing pipelines. Previously at Cube, Mitko served as a Tech Lead, where significant contributions included improving algorithmic efficiency, standardizing Agile processes, and enhancing database performance. With additional experience at Transfix and Humi, Mitko has consistently demonstrated expertise in architecture, database standards, and mentor roles. A long-standing hobby includes working on classic motorcycles as a mechanic and leather artisan. Mitko earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ryerson University in 2011.
