Molly Wu

Molly Wu is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Global People & Culture Business Partner at Roche since December 2011, Molly has effectively partnered with leadership teams to implement strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include HR Director for Roche Pharma in Hong Kong & Macau and Head of Human Capital for Markem Imaje at Dover Corporate. Molly's earlier experience also encompasses HR management at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and human resources roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Schering Plough. Molly holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting from UNSW, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
