Monal Patil

Monal Patil is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector with a background in marketing and business strategy. Monal served as Associate Director at Roche Products India Private Limited from January 2010 to January 2014, where responsibilities included formulating KOL profiling strategies across various therapy areas and developing execution plans for KOL engagement. Subsequently, Monal took on the role of Business Unit Head, focusing on growth strategies for the Gastroenterology business and leading the 'Symphony' project. From April 2017 to March 2021, Monal worked as GM Marketing at USV PRIVATE LIMITED, overseeing budget and business planning for the Anti-Diabetis and Anti-Hypertensive portfolios while managing the marketing organization.
