At Roche, Monica has held multiple positions, including Project Manager for the International Experience Exchange with Patient Organizations, contributing to project delivery and stakeholder management, as well as facilitating healthcare professionals and patient organization engagements. Previously, Monica worked as an Assistant at Candoria Holding AG, managing financial accounting operations, and as a Revenue Analyst at McDonald's, analyzing turnover across Latin American restaurants.
