Nancy Carlton

Nancy Carlton is a seasoned government affairs executive currently serving as the Senior Director of Federal Government Affairs at Roche Diagnostics. With a robust background in health policy development, legislative analysis, and lobbying strategy, they have previously held roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Department of Labor. Nancy has successfully led federal policy initiatives in major pharmaceutical companies, including Merck, where they advanced key legislative agendas. They hold a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they were also a National Institutes of Health Fellow.
