Nick Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and product management. Currently serving as Global Product Manager for Contact Center Modernization and Cloud Services at Roche since February 2006, Nick Taylor has also held positions as Senior Solutions Architect and Lead Consultant for the North America Service - Contact Center Solutions Team.
