Noel Thomas

Noel Thomas is a seasoned technology and business leader with extensive experience in architecting solutions for organizational growth through technology. Currently serving as Lead Architect at Roche since 2018, Noel previously co-founded and served as Partner at Digizone Global Services. Notable roles include Interim Chief Technology Officer at Trinity College London, where Noel dramatically improved core system performance, and Global BPO Services Head at ING Group, where Noel established a successful off-shoring business model. With a background in IT strategy at ING Australia and a strong technical foundation from early career roles, Noel holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a B.Sc. with First Class Honours from the University of Canterbury.
