Oded Pincas is an accomplished legal and procurement professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal operations. Currently serving as Procurement Contracting Lead at Roche since July 2023, Oded previously held the position of Legal Operations and Contracts Lead at Benchling, where significant efficiencies were implemented within the Legal Department. Prior to this, Oded was the Director of Strategic Contracts at LawGeex, overseeing cloud-based contract review solutions for major corporations, and held roles in U.S. Operations. Oded's earlier experience includes Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd., and Director of OECD Competition Policy Review at the Antitrust Authority.
