Oliver Fairweather is an experienced commercial leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Therapy Area Lead at Roche. With a strong focus on specialist products, Oliver has successfully led teams in launching new treatments for auto-immune diseases and oncology. Previously, Oliver held various positions at Biogen Idec, including Senior Product Manager and National Sales Manager, where they led the interferon sales team. Oliver also worked at Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals, managing product strategies for osteoporosis and inflammatory diseases. Oliver earned a BsC Econ (Hons) in Economics and Geography from Swansea University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Marketing Leadership from Henley Business School, where they graduated with distinction.
