Paul Brian

Paul Brian is an accomplished professional in project management and early development within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Project Team Leader for Immunology Early Development at Roche since January 2024, Paul previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Preclinical Project Management at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd from June 2017 to December 2023, overseeing multiple groups that successfully advanced five compounds to phase 1 and contributed to two NDAs across various therapeutic areas. Earlier roles include Head of Preclinical Project Management at Actelion, Director of Project Management and Director of Molecular Biology at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Research Director at TerraGen, and Senior Scientist at ChromaXome Corporation. Paul holds a postdoctoral degree in Genetics from Michigan State University, a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of East Anglia, and a BSc in Microbiology from Heriot-Watt University.
