Pebble Johns

Pebble Johns is a seasoned HR professional with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across the APAC region. They have served in various roles, including APAC DE&I Lead at Roche and Senior Integration Manager at IAG, where they successfully oversaw the integration of thousands of employees during mergers. Pebble has extensive experience in HR processes, project management, and change management, advocating for inclusive leadership and positive employee experiences. They hold an LLB (Hons) in Law from Birmingham City University and are a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, as well as trained in Leadership Circle and Co-active Coaching.
