Peter Downey is the Global Learning Operations Standards & Compliance Manager at Roche, working within the Learning Operations Center of Excellence in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, they ensure that Roche adheres to a consistent standards and compliance framework for global learning, focusing on process implementation and continuous evaluation of learning content. Previously, Peter held various positions in organizations such as Queensland Rail and Aurizon, where they managed Learning Management Systems and led training initiatives. Peter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education from Western Sydney University.
