Philipp Ernst

Philipp Ernst is a People and Product Leader in Pharma Development Data Sciences at Roche, where they currently manage Data Standards and Governance and have contributed to strategic planning within global Lab Data Management teams. Previously, Philipp held various roles at Roche, including Lab Data Manager and Data Acquisition Specialist, focusing on data integrity and standards in clinical trials. Their experience also encompasses leadership in developing and implementing biomedical data standards, as well as managing teams and fostering a healthy work environment. Philipp began their career as a Doctoral Student at University Hospital Basel, where they focused on phosphopeptide characterization. They earned a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Biozentrum, University of Basel.
