Philippe Kraaz

Philippe Kraaz is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and data analytics with extensive experience primarily at Roche and the consultancy sector. As the Digital Change Lead and Data & Analytics Team Lead at Roche, Philippe spearheads initiatives to enhance business value through agile digitalization frameworks. Prior roles include Co-Founder of WeinHaus, Senior Consultant at Capgemini Engineering leading a cross-functional software development team, and advancements in product quality engineering and manufacturing processes at Roche. Philippe started their career as an Organic Research Scientist at CSIRO and gained early experience in laboratory settings as a Research Technician at Lipideon Biotechnology AG and an Apprentice Lab Technician at ETH Zurich. Philippe holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a qualification as a Laboratory Technician in Organic Chemistry from ETH Zurich.
