Phillip Rommel

Phillip Rommel is currently a Teamlead at Roche, where they manage a group focused on the validation of analytical test methods and oversee up to eight employees. Previously, Phillip held positions as a Group Lead in Methodvalidation, Quality Control Specialist, and Project Manager for Quality & Validation at Roche, contributing to strategic planning and compliance improvements. Phillip earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology with honors from the Management Center Innsbruck and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Regensburg. They also completed an internship at the University of Regensburg Institute of Medical Microbiology and Hygiene.
