Pierce Kent

Pierce Kent is a senior supply chain leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Cell & Gene Therapy Supply Chain Head at Roche since 2023. Previously, they held positions at Roche as a Supply Chain Consultant and Network Strategy Partner, focusing on Cell and Gene Therapy and Synthetic Molecules. Pierce has extensive experience at GSK, where they led global supply and demand planning for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and managed capacity planning within R&D. They began their career as a Project and Process Engineer at MEL Chemicals. Pierce holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a Diploma in Management Practice from various esteemed institutions.
