Pınar Güven

Pınar Güven, Pharm. MSc., possesses a diverse background in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in research, regulatory affairs, and medical management. Pınar began as a Research Intern at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Zagreb, focusing on computational chemistry. Subsequently, internships at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals and IDE Pharmaceutical Registration and Biopharmaceutics Consultancy provided insights into drug manufacturing and regulatory processes. Pınar's career progressed through roles at Gen and Sanofi, serving as Medical Science Liaison and Field Medical Manager, respectively, specializing in multiple sclerosis and diabetes. Currently, Pınar holds the position of Medical Lead at Roche, overseeing rare neuromuscular diseases such as SMA and DMD, and was recently a Therapeutic Area Lead at Astellas Pharma. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from Gazi University and a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, along with ongoing doctoral studies in Clinical Pharmacy at Medipol University.
