Pooja Sachdeva

Pooja Sachdeva is an experienced technical writer with a career spanning several roles and companies. Currently, Pooja serves as a Principal Technical Writer at Roche since March 2020, focusing on content creation within Agile teams and standardizing API documentation for the Customer Portal. Prior to this, Pooja held various positions at Navis from October 2005 to March 2020, including Staff Technical Writer, Technical Documentation Manager, and Senior Technical Writer, where responsibilities included managing a team, defining documentation processes, and developing user guides for a Terminal Operating System. Pooja's earlier experience includes freelance technical writing at NIIT Limited and instructional design at NIIT KSB. Pooja earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Chaudhary Charan Singh University between 1994 and 1997 and completed secondary education at Sophia Girl's School.
