Qianting Ou is currently the Head of MSAT at Roche, a position held since 2025. Previously, Qianting directed the Global MSAT at Lonza from 2022 to 2025 and was involved in CMC Management at BeiGene in 2019-2020. Earlier in their career, Qianting worked at Sanofi in various roles, including Global Regulatory Affair CMC and MSAT SPP at Sanofi Pasteur. Qianting earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry (Biochemistry) from Sun Yat-Sen University, completing studies there from 2005 to 2009.
