Rafael Lorenz

Rafael Lorenz is an experienced professional in operational excellence and manufacturing, currently serving as an Operational Excellence Partner at Roche since May 2024 and as an External Lecturer at ETH Zürich from September 2022. Prior roles include Junior Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company within the Operations Practice, and Research Associate focused on Digitalization of Manufacturing at ETH Zürich.
