Rahil Desai is a Global Product Supply Chain Leader at Roche, bringing extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, hardware, and food industries. With a robust background in supply chain and inventory optimization, demand planning, and data analytics, Rahil has previously held roles as Demand Forecasting Manager at both Elanco and Bayer Animal Health. Rahil's early career included positions as an Inventory Planner and Buyer at MCD & Sons and various supply chain specialist roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Rahil earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Science in the same field from Wichita State University, as well as an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
