Ralf Ostendorp

Ralf Ostendorp currently serves as the Head of MSAT Process Science at Roche. With nearly 25 years of experience, Ralf significantly contributed to the growth of MorphoSys AG, advancing from a local start-up to a global biopharmaceutical company. Ralf held various leadership roles at MorphoSys, including Senior Vice President and Head of CMC (Large Molecules), where they oversaw internal and external manufacturing, project management, and regulatory activities. Ralf's leadership achieved notable milestones, including the development of MOR’s first Quality Management System and the successful progression of a compound from initial development to BLA submission. Ralf's educational background includes studies at Purdue University and the University of Regensburg.
