Ravi Kamble

Ravi Kamble is a Senior Imaging Scientist at Roche since March 2022, following a role as Development Team Lead at AIRA MATRIX from March 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading ophthalmology projects and mentoring team members. Prior experience includes serving as an Imaging Scientist at AIRA MATRIX, developing classification algorithms for histology image analysis, and receiving the “Consistent Performer” award in 2019. Ravi's career also encompasses a position as an Image Processing Scientist at CropData, focusing on machine learning techniques for crop disease detection, and a PhD researcher at Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, where work centered on retinal image analysis. Additionally, an internship at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS involved developing deep learning techniques for diabetic macular edema detection, resulting in two publications. Ravi holds a PhD in Medical Image Processing from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology.
