Régine Becker is currently the Head of Business Support & Project Management at Roche, focusing on Global Operations and Manufacturing in Mannheim since 2024. Previously, from 2014 to 2019, Régine served as a Project Manager and also held the roles of Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master, where extensive experience in Agile methodologies was developed. Before joining Roche Diabetes Care GmbH, Régine worked as a Development Engineer at FERCHAU Engineering GmbH, contributing to the development of sterile consumables for insulin delivery systems. Régine holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA de Strasbourg and is currently pursuing further education at Paderborn University.
