Richard Dumont

Richard Dumont is currently the Group Lead of Global Packaging Development at Roche, specializing in the design and development of sterile barrier systems for gene therapy products and ocular devices. They previously served as a Principal Packaging Engineer at Roche, where they contributed to product filing and launch initiatives. Prior to their tenure at Roche, Dumont worked as a Packaging Engineer at Syngenta Crop Protection, managing packaging portfolios and ensuring compliance with quality standards. They began their career with internships at Nestle, focusing on packaging engineering. Dumont holds a Master's degree in Packaging Science from Esiec and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from IUT Léonard de Vinci Reims.
