Rita Lymboura

Rita Lymboura is a Global Clinical Operations Lead with a wealth of experience in managing international clinical trials, predominantly in oncology. Currently employed at Roche since 2025, Rita has previously held roles at prominent organizations, including AstraZeneca and Takeda, where they earned an Achievement Award for an Alzheimer's Disease study. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Rita transitioned from laboratory research in breast cancer genetics to clinical research, excelling in project management and vendor oversight. They have developed strong leadership and communication skills, working collaboratively within various pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic settings. Rita is pursuing a BSc Hons in Microbiology at University College London.
