Ritu Shetye

Ritu Shetye is a dynamic and results-oriented ServiceNow Technical Consultant and Architect currently serving as the System Manager for ServiceNow HRSD at Roche. With over twenty years of experience, Ritu has previously held roles as a ServiceNow Consultant and Senior Solutions Architect at esteemed organizations such as Roche and Capgemini, where responsibilities included technical and functional consulting for customized software applications. Ritu began their career as a Software Developer at Image Computer Systems Pvt. Ltd. and has built expertise across core applications including ServiceNow, LIMS, and Salesforce. They hold a B.Sc. in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, graduating in 2004.
