Robin Brown

Robin Brown is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Roche, a position held since 2025. Previously, Robin served as a Design Manager at LumiraDx from 2016 to 2025, where they contributed to the development of innovative point-of-care diagnostic platforms. Robin also worked as a Principal Design Engineer at Alere International from 2011 to 2016, focusing on enhancing the quality of medical device portfolios. Their earlier career included roles as a Senior Design Engineer at Dyson from 1998 to 2002 and a Product Design Engineer at Swiss Precision Diagnostics GmbH from 2005 to 2011, where they notably managed key regulatory submissions. Robin earned a First Class BSc in Industrial Design from Brunel University of London in 1998.
