Rola Mehio

Rola Mehio is a seasoned professional in talent development and leadership with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Global Design Expert for Leadership & People Development at Roche since September 2025, Rola previously held the position of Talent Development Manager at BenchSci from June 2021 to July 2025. With a background that includes roles such as Fullbridge Program Coach at Fullbridge, Learning & Development Manager at mynditude, and Head of Group HR at Baalbaki Chemical Industries, Rola has cultivated expertise in organizational behavior and human resources. Rola began a professional career as an HR Specialist at averda and completed an MBA internship at Ernst & Young. Rola holds an MBA in Organizational Behaviour and CSR from Schulich School of Business at York University and a BBA in Marketing from the American University of Beirut.
