Ross DeJohn

Ross DeJohn is a Regulatory Compliance Manager at Roche, with nearly a decade of experience in quality assurance and complaint investigations. They began their career at Roche Diagnostics in various capacities, including roles as a Summer Student and an Intern, where they developed foundational skills in quality control and process improvement. From 2015 to 2020, Ross held the position of Sr. Quality Control Technician and later transitioned to roles such as Product Complaint Analyst and Quality Consultant, currently focusing on ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction. Ross earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Indiana University Bloomington in 2015.
