Ruben Perren is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. As the Head of the Legal Services Team at Roche from August 2017 to April 2024, Ruben managed a legal services team and oversaw various transactions, including M&A activities in the US and Europe. Prior roles include Vice Director and Group Senior Legal Counsel for M&A, where responsibilities encompassed contract negotiation and legal support for public and private acquisitions, divestments, and financing transactions.
