Ruchika Mohan

Ruchika Mohan, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in clinical operations with extensive experience at Roche since July 2014, currently serving as Global Head of Study Start-up and previously as Global Head of Site Alliance and Activation. Earlier roles include Senior Manager in Clinical Operations at Roche, Clinical Research Coordinator/Research Associate at Stanford University School of Medicine, and Clinical Research Coordinator at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. Ruchika's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Gastrointestinal Microbiology from the University of Potsdam, a Masters of Science in Microbiology from Barkatullah University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Hons.) and Industrial Microbiology from the University of Rajasthan. Additionally, Ruchika holds dual certificates in Project Management and Leadership from Cornell University.
