Rudolf has held various engineering roles, including Senior Mechanical Development Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, where they specialized in mechanical systems, production optimization, and technical documentation. They hold a Master's degree in Transport and Handling Machines and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Faculty of Engineering at SUA in Nitra, Slovakia. Rudolf also engages in volunteer work, providing humanitarian aid to Ukrainian refugees.
