Russ Fellows

Russ Fellows is currently the Area Support Director at Roche, where they focus on SFDC requirements and prioritize business processes while managing field service for the USA and Canada. Previously, Russ held various roles at Roche including Global Business Process Manager for Field Service and National Implementation Manager, where they led teams in installing and validating automation and diagnostics equipment. With certifications in MLT ASCP and CPIM APICS, Russ has a strong background in logistics, conflict resolution, and spare parts planning, all aimed at driving revenue and improving customer satisfaction. Their earlier experience includes working as a Laboratory Technician at Medical Diagnostics Lab.
