Rusty Ring serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at Roche Diagnostics since July 2012, leading the government affairs group. Prior to this position, Rusty held several prominent roles including GL&S Director at Brown Rudnick in 2012 and Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at CVS/Caremark from 2004 to 2012, representing the organization’s legislative interests at the federal and state levels. Rusty previously worked at AdvancePCS as Vice President of Government Affairs and was instrumental in opening the company's Washington, D.C. office. Earlier roles also include Vice President of Federal Affairs at Mutual of Omaha, Legislative Representative at The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, Editor at Braddock Communications, and Legislative Assistant for Congressman Stan Parris. Rusty Ring earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pfeiffer University.
