Ryan Glannan

Ryan Glannan is a Business Intelligence Developer at Roche, with previous experience as a Business Intelligence Lead and Regional Quality Lead at Nielsen. At Nielsen, Ryan facilitated decision-making and process improvements by analyzing datasets using Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau, while also ensuring operational excellence through collaboration and mentorship. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Field Representative, managing territory and maintaining equipment for Nielsen panel members, and as a Customer Service Representative at CONNECT: CMU, assisting customers with device selection and troubleshooting for major cellular providers. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and has completed undergraduate studies in Spanish at MSCA Segovia.
